The Village of Tequesta packs a lot of living into a small space. Featuring fantastic natural beauty along the Loxahatchee River, natural parks and secluded communities, Tequesta has long been a favorite of part time residents and is becoming more of a year ’round community each year. With its many communities including golf and direct water access this community exemplifies the South Florida lifestyle. Situated within 2.2 square miles, the population of Tequesta is just over 5,600 and it is considered the northernmost municipality of the South Florida metro area. Tequesta encompasses the Village of Tequesta and parts of Tequesta in Martin County as well as areas in unincorporated Palm Beach County.

Known for its small-town feel and the peaceful private lifestyle it affords, Tequesta is home to and/or close to many owner operator restaurants, Jupiter’s beaches (dogs welcome), public and private golf, protected natural areas, Jonathan Dickinson State Park, shopping, theatre, minor league and spring training baseball and more. If you’re looking for waterfront real estate, golf course real estate, or a luxury condo near the beach, you can find it in one of the many communities. There are many “No HOA” areas which create a unique aesthetic for the overall community.

Palm Beach International Airport is about a 25 minute drive (or less) from anywhere in Tequesta. Conde Nast Traveler cntraveler.com ranked Palm Beach International Airport among the top ten airports in America (2015) and called it, “the easiest airport in the region.”

I live in Tequesta and proudly work here every day. Feel free to contact me with questions about this community or the surrounding areas or with specific questions about buying or selling property today!  Stefan Read less –
