Jupiter offers a nice mixture of full and part time residents, families, retirees, and singles.  Many A rated schools (public and private) an FAU campus, The Max Planck Institute and The Scripps Research Institute bolster Jupiter’s desire to be much more than a vacation destination.

Jupiter real estate encompasses many of the most sought after communities in South Florida.

The proximity to the ocean, the intracoastal waterway and the Loxahatchee river make Jupiter a prime location for all boaters, surfers, beach goers and anyone who enjoys being outdoors.  Most warm weather activities have participants in Jupiter.  Public and private golf, bicycle paths and trails, hiking trails, kite boarding, shell gathering, turtle watching, soccer, tennis, pickle ball, swimming, walking and running are all actively pursued here.

There is a great mixture of planned communities, gated communities, non HOA communities and condominiums in the greater Jupiter area.  According to Zillow,Zillow/Jupiter “The median home value in Jupiter is $320,100. Jupiter home values have gone up 8.1% over the past year and Zillow predicts they will rise 1.5% within the next year.
